0 Since moving to Cape Town, I haven’t been invited to too many events, partly due to COVID but also due to not actively networking. One of the first events that I attended was with one of my favourite brands, Nomination Italy. And in true brand fashion, it was a wholesome event where the son of the owner, Alessandro Gensini was in attendance, as my incredible PR ladies from Joburg and a bunch of wonderful people who also believe in the family, love-focused brand that Nomination Italy represents.
They have the best campaigns, like the “One for you, One for me” and this event was special as it is my first official event since Covid and their first store in The Mother City. I truly love the idea of creating a visual story with the charms on their famous bracelets and having the beautiful skyline of Cape Town on the stunning gifted bracelet I received was extra special to me since moving to Cape Town was a huge, life-changing step for me.
I always have the best time with friends and meeting people at beautiful events and winning the most stunning Nomination watch was the pastel cherry on top!
Completely speechless at the perfect shade of my favourite colour blue, another homage to the beautiful Cape Town through the colour of her oceans and skies. I went back to the store a few days after the event to size the watch to my wrist and I simply haven’t taken it off since!
